LFC – The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. Gameweek 38
The 2022/3 season is no more, and the Reds ended it with an eight-goal draw. If only playing in the Champions League is all you’re for, the LFC Boss will immediately show you the door! It’ll be a shame to see him go, but what actually happened with Fabio? The Good, The Bad and The Ugly, the final gameweek of 2022/23 season reviewed at Liverpool FC.
The Good
Not a great deal really good to mention, except no loss in last day of the season. Instead the team drew 4-4 with relegated Southampton.
The (Not) Bad
This is Jürgen Klopp‘s reaction to being asked if a player didn’t want to play because of a lack of CL football. What would he do?
As the headline from the maili online shows, the boss showed a classic sense of humour as he replied: I’d drive them to their new club myself!!
The Ugly
The situation with Fabio Carvalho. It looks as if his days are LFC may be numbered if the report in the Mirror is to be believed.
Other outlets have carried the story too. It’s also been revealed that RB Leipzig were the team claimed to have submitted a bid for him.
Liverpool refused it, but it seems he’ll go anyway. I recall hearing he wasn’t happy with being subbed earlier in the season.
