The Boss causes a fuss, shocking all of us. The boys secure one big day, with possibly another on the way. The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly at Liverpool FC for Cup Competition week.

The (Not) Good

For those of you that have been living under a stone for the last seven days News broke on Thursday at Jürgen. Klopp would leave the club at the end of the season.

The 56-year-old former Borussia, Dortmund and Meis manager has decided to call it quits on his near nine year tenure at the Anfield club. Following a difficult season last year, the boss has cited he’s fading energy levels as the main reason behind his decision.

The news was met as expected with great shock and surprise. However, club has may declare that he wishes the players and the Enfield faithful to get behind the team For the remainder of his time at the club.

The (Not) Bad

this week they’re not bad we will be Liverpool reaching the final of the carabao cup this season, following their 11 draw with West London club Fulham.

Despite a less than inspiring result, Liverpool secured a 32 aggregate result which will see them face Maurizio Pochettino’s Chelsea team in the final on February 25th.

A goal from Lewis Diaz on the 11 minute mark was enough to secure the win. Despite Fulham equalising with 15 minutes to go, Liverpool saw the game out comfortably to secure their passage to the final.

The (Sm)Ugly

Securing passage to the FA Cup fifth round with a solid victory against Norwich City at Anfield yesterday.

A convincing 5 to victory in the first game, following Klopp’s announcement, so Liverpool cruise into the next round.

Goes from Curtis Jones, Darwin Núñez, yoga yada van, Dyke and Gravenberch underlined the golf in class between Liverpool and the Norwich side of his long-standing and close friend David Wagner.

Mentioning the goalscorers would not do justice for a fantastic team performance which saw a debut assist from James McConnell playing in the number six position and two assists from Conor Bradley in addition to Dominik, Szonoszlai.

So all’s well that ends well, after a very eventful and successful week in the domestic cup competitions for Liverpool FC.
